Below are some of are common questions:
After placing an order with us, you should receive two separate emails:
- an order confirmation email
- shipping confirmation email with tracking number for your shipment.
Sometimes those emails end up in a spam folder, so please be sure to check your email spam and if you still can't find them, let us know and we will be more than happy to help

Yes we do! Please check shipping rates at the checkout.
While we are more than happy to replace your product should it become damaged during transport, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that you received and used (this includes unpacking it) based on change of mind. Please find out more about our return/exchange policy here. If you have not received your product or it was damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We also offer sample tealights you can order to try smaller size candles before you commit to buying larger size product.
We do our best to ship orders within couple of days after order was placed, providing we have product in stock. Occasionally this time might vary as a result of busy time during major holidays or an extreme weather. We would prefer to avoid your product being kept in a shipping facility over long weekends in excessive heat, or other extreme weather conditions. Unfortunately, once your package leaves our store, we have no control over shipping company possible delays. Due to longer shipping service processing and delivery times in certain areas, it might take longer to reach you. This also may be the case during very busy times, such as holidays. If your tracking number isn't giving you satisfactory updates, please contact us and we will do our best to investigate at our end what is causing the delay.
Unfortunately, this option is not available at this time, as we don't have a physical
store yet. As our company grows, we hope to be able to offer that option in the future.
We have no problem with shipping to PO boxes, providing your PO box is large enough to be able to receive package and your product is not going to get damaged by excessive heat/cold.
