Shipping Information

Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping

Transit time for package will largely depend on shipping method and your delivery destination, but it generally falls between 2-15 days for domestic shipping. Depending on your chosen shipping method, estimated delivery date will be listed in tracking status of your shipment.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping information containing your tracking number. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking status to update after label was created on our end.

Unfortunately, once your package leaves our store, we have no control over possible
shipping company delays. Due to longer shipping service processing and delivery times in certain areas, it might take longer to reach you. This also may be the case during very busy times, such as holidays. If your tracking number isn't giving you satisfactory updates, please contact us and we will do our best to investigate at our end what is causing the delay.

We are unable to replace or refund missing or stolen packages at this time, so please ensure that you enter your correct address when ordering.

International Shipping

We don't currently ship internationally. We only ship within the United States of America.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a refund policy at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards or sale/clearance products.

Please thoroughly inspect your product when you receive it, to make sure that item is not defective or damaged.

If you received your order damaged, please let us know within 24 hours and include receipt/proof of purchase and photos/description documenting the damage.

If you received wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will do our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
